Usage and Scope of Application
This production line is mainly used for the production of pipes made of PP-R (random copolymerized polypropylene) resin, and is also suitable for the production of pipes made of PP, PPB, PPH and resin. Appropriately changing the configuration, it can also produce special pipes such as PPR glass fiber reinforced pipes.

Main Features of the Equipment
Extrusion Machine: The single-screw extruder adopts a slotted barrel and a new type of BM screw, which has high screw speed, output and plasticizing capacity.
Extrusion Die: It adopts spiral split flow head, which has the characteristics of uniform discharge, convenient adjustment, and reduced extrusion welding marks.
Vacuum Setting Device: vacuum spray box, spray cooling box or cooling water tank, all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel.
Tractor: Use two-jaw belt-type or rubber crawler-type tractor to meet the production requirements of different pipes.
Cutting Machine: chip-free rotary knife cutting.
Stacking Device: Automatic flap or roller stacking device, small-diameter pipes can be equipped with double-station winders according to customer requirements.
