A: Generally, it will take 15-25 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q: As a new player of laser, how do we learn to use the machine?
A: Polywell will provide paper and video files to help customers operate the machine. If the customer needs it, we can also provide on-site training service.
Q: Can we customize the machine?
A: We offer both single-sided and double-sided laser printers, and customers can choose according to their own requirements.
Q: What is the warranty for your machine?
A: Our warranty is one year. We are confident in our products and pack them well before delivery, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. For any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 50% T/T deposit before production, 50% T/T balance before loading.
Q: How to receive my order? Is it safe during shipping?
A: We will arrange shipping by sea. The machine will be packed in foam wrapping film or plywood case very well. It shall be quite safe during shipping by sea or air. Additionally, we will purchase insurance as a guarantee for your order.
