Provide on-site service

After we finish the extruder production, customer can come to our company to inspect the extruder. During this time, we will teach customer’s engineers how to install the extruder and how to operate the extruder. And Polywell will pay for the customer’s accommodation cost and meal cost.

During customer’s daily production, if customers cannot solve the problems they faced during the heat insulation strip production progress, regardless of whether the customer’s extruder, molds and granules come from Polywell, our professional team can go to customer’s company to help them solve the problem.
