Product Description

Polyamide PA66 thermal break strip has high mechanical strength, high heat deflection temperature, high precision in size.
We have great advantage especially in thermal break strip for heat insulation aluminum windows, doors and curtain wall.
Aluminum door, aluminum window, aluminum profile, aluminum extrusion, aluminum fence.

The shape T polyamide thermal barrier material can prevent the window frame from dust and water, also has a more firmness mechanical performance than the shape I, mostly used on the sash.

For the shape T, we can provide the following size or customize according to customers’ requirements.

Product Feature

1. The working temperature of the thermal insulation strip is 220°C, Melting Point reaches to 246°C. This enables coating process after assembly of composite profiles;
2. High mechanical strength, able to connect with metal hardware fittings when bearing draw and shear stress;
3. Excellent product tolerance of less than 0.1mm, ensuring air and water tightness and overall composite profile dimensions;
4. High corrosion-resistance, weather-resistance, heat-resistance, alkali-resistance and long life of usage;
5. The thermal expansion coefficient of PA66GF25 is similar to aluminum thus ensures that product does not affect the integrity of the thermally insulated aluminum profiles;
6. Precisely dimension ensures the lifespan of aluminum extrusion tools, no danger of bending cracks during rolling, very good knurling effect at the hammer head and easy to assemble.

Storage Conditions

The strips will be stored in the ventilated and dry environment, horizontally placed, paying attention to waterproof, keeping away from the heat source, avoiding heavy pressure and the contact with acid, alkali as well as organic solvent.

 

 

Packages

For all specifications/shapes, they could be packaged in linear, the length will be 6 meters, or customized.
For the Shape "I", "C", and some simple shapes, they can be packed in rolls 400-600 meters/roll.
